  2. Crème pâtissière: mettre à chauffer le lait et la vanille, battre l’œuf, la maïzena et le sucre, versez le lait bien mélanger et remettre sur feu jusqu’à ce qu’elle épaississe, parfumez.

Crème beurre facile: mettre le sucre dans votre casserole et mouillez avec l’eau, mettre à cuire jusqu’à 117 º ou si vous n’avez pas de thermomètre, il faut que ça fasse de grosses bulles, pendant ce temps, fouettez vos œufs et versez tout doucement votre sirop, fouettez à grande vitesse pour que le mélange refroidisse et incorporez votre beurre petit à petit à moyenne vitesse quand elle est bien lisse et brillante, elle est prête, parfumez.
