  6. Dans un cul de poule bien froid, je verse mon mélange au chocolat blanc et j'y rajoute mon mascarpone et je fouette jusqu'à l'obtention d'une crème..
  7. J'ajoute ensuite ma noix de coco et je fouette encore. La crème doit être bien épaisse..
  8. Le montage Je déroule mon biscuit et j'y verse ma crème en couche épaisse, je l'étale à l'aide de ma spatule..
  9. Je place une ligne de fraise coupée en deux le long de l'extrémité de mon biscuit et je roule mon biscuit une fois, je réitère l'opération et je roule une deuxième fois..
  10. J'enroule ma bûche dans le torchon et je laisse au frais pendant 30 minutes..
  11. Je décore ensuite ma bûche..
