Transvaser le tout dans la grande casserole et faire épaissir à feu doux / moyen sans jamais cesser de remuer. (Cela prend du temps mais si le feu est trop fort, vos oeufs risquent de cuire et la préparation de devenir granuleuse ! (si jamais cela arrive, ne jetez pas : passez le tout au chinois pour retrouver une texture lisse)..
  5. Laisser tiédir, une fois bien refroidi ajouter le get 27 en mélangeant jusqu'à ce que la crème ce colore et les pépites de chocolat.
  6. Préchauffer le four chaleur tournante à 210 °C..
  7. Étaler la pâte sucrée et la déposer dans le cercle ou le moule. Couler la préparation dessus.
