  10. Enfiler des gants (c est impératif la sève du taro est toxique) éplucher le taro avec un couteau bien aiguisé.
  11. Laver de nouveau le taro à l eau fraîche (conserver les gants) le sécher.
  12. Couper le taro en morceaux les laver,les sécher (avec les gants...).
  13. Découvrir la cocotte mélanger en grattant bien le fond de la marmite.
  14. Ajouter le lait de coco bien l intégrer.
  15. Ajouter le taro.
  16. Bien mélanger couvrir et cuire à feu doux 40 minutes en mélangeant de temps en temps.
  17. La sauce doit avoir commencé d épaissir ôter le couvercle.
  18. Poursuivre la cuisson 10 minutes à feu doux sans couvrir et en mélangeant fréquemment vérifier la cuisson du taro avec une lame de couteau les morceaux doivent être fondants.
  19. Verser le contenu de la marmite dans le plat de service.
