  9. Remettre le chorizo dans la poêle cuire 10 minutes à feu moyen.
  10. Ajouter les fleurettes de chou romanesco dans la marmite prolonger la cuisson pour 10 nouvelles minutes.
  11. Ôter du feu le mélange oignons chorizo et laisser tiédir.
  12. Battre les œufs avec le lait dans un saladier.
  13. Ajouter la farine bien mélanger.
  14. Saler poivrer.
  15. Égoutter le chou romanesco séparer tiges et fleurettes.
  16. Mixer les tiges en purée.
  17. Ajouter un tiers de la préparation aux œufs mixer de nouveau.
  18. Mélanger la purée obtenue dans le saladier avec le restant de crème aux œufs saler et poivrer légèrement.
  19. Ajouter le mélange chorizo oignon bien mélanger.
  20. Ajouter les 3/4 du fromage mélanger préchauffer le four à 180 degrés.
  21. Verser le contenu du saladier dans un plat à four.
  22. Ajouter les fleurettes du chou en les piquant dans la pâte à flan.
  23. Ajouter le restant du fromage puis enfourner pour 25 minutes.
  24. Faire gratiner le fromage.
