  7. Pendant ce temps on fait les poireaux. Dans une poêle chauffée avec un peu d’huile d’olive, déposer un peu d’oignon ciselé, les poireaux coupés, le curry, du romarin. Cuire à feu doux en remuant de temps en temps..
  8. Quand c’est cuit on rajoute les coques et on chauffe bien..
  9. Maintenant que le riz est cuit, on rajoute la crème et le parmesan, on mélange et on couvre hors du feu pour laisser le riz imbiber pendant 3/4 min puis on mélange bien à nouveau et on assaisonne sel et poivre..
